TPOP3 component
The component for receiving Internet mail, companion of TSMTPcomponent. 
Implements POP3 protocol (rfc 1225). This beta releasecan handle simple 
text messages and messages with MIME-encodedmultiple attachments. 
Unique MIME decoder is included in this package. 

In the next releases TPOP3 will be able to decode UUEncodedand multipart 
messages.
